Changes and amendments to the Consolidated Sanctions List of the UN Security Council:

1. On August 23, 2018, the UN Security Council Committee on ISIL (DAESH), Al-Qaida included in the list of persons subject to assets freeze, travel ban and arms embargo the following persons:

- QDi.416 Name: 1. Mohammed 2. Yusip 3. Karim. Date and place of birth: October 11, 1978 Indonesia;

- QDi. 417 Name: 1. Mohamad 2. Rafi 3. Bin Udin. Date and place of birth: June 3, 1966, Malaysia;

- QDi. 418 Name: 1. Muhammed 2. Reza 3. Lahaman. 4. Kiram. Date and place of birth: March 3, 1990, Philippines.

2. On August 28, 2018, the UN Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 1518 excluded from the list: IQe.193 Name: Taji Industrial Complex. Address: Baghdad, Iraq.

3. On September 14, 2018, the UN Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 1718 updated the pseudonym of the vessel:

Wan Heng 11 IMO: 8791667, formerly a Belize-flagged vessel, currently operates as a vessel flying the DPRK flag, named KUMJINGANG3 or Kum Jin Gang 3.

4. On September 17, 2018, the UN Security Council Committee on Libya adopted amendments to its list of the following persons subject to assets freeze and travel ban:

- LYi.021 Name: 1: Ermias 2: Alem. Date and place of birth: Approximately in 1980, Eritrea;

- LYi.022 Name: 1: Fitiwi 2: Abdelrazak. Date and place of birth: Approximately (30-35 years). Massawa, Eritrea;

- LYi.023 Name: 1: Ahmad 2: Oumar 3: Imhamad 4: al-Fitouri. Date and place of birth: May 7, 1988, possibly Sabrath, Talil neighborhoods;

- LYi.024 Name: 1: Mus'ab 2: Mustafa 3: Abu al Kassim 4: Omar. Date and place of birth: 19 January 1983, Sabratha, Libya;

- LYi.025 Name: 1: Mohammed 2: al-Hadi 3: al-Arabi 4: Kashlaff. Date and place of birth: November 15, 1988, Zavia, Libya.

5. On September 19, 2018, the UN Security Council Committee on Iraq excluded from its list of persons and entities subject to asset freezing of the following persons:

- IQe.109 Name: STATE COMPANY FOR ELECTRICAL INDUSTRIES. Address: Baghdad, Iraq;

- IQe.126 Name: STATE ENTERPRISE FOR DRUG INDUSTRIES. Address Samara, Iraq:

Financial institutions and the non-financial category of persons should immediately:

1) update their databases with the above-mentioned Consolidated Sanctions List (as of September 24, 2018).

3) re-verify all clients in service, their counterparties and beneficial owners (if any) for the presence or absence of persons listed in the Consolidated Sanctions List of the UN Security Council.
